Agregué Touché a mi vocabulario [Sr. QUHO] August 2, 2007

Hace días, viendo una serie de televisión, escuche a uno de los personajes mencionar la palabra “Touché” de una manera muy peculiar; como la repitió varias veces la palabra se quedó en memoria.
Días después, en otra serie diferente, la volvieron a mencionar, también con un tono peculiar, con un acento parecido al francés, pero la serie estaba hablada en inglés.
Entonces me dispuse a verificar su existencia, para posteriormente buscar el significado.
Wikipedia, el ser que todo lo puede, fue el héroe:
In fencing, touché (French: touched) is used as an acknowledgement of a hit, called out by the fencer who is hit. A referee can call out touche (French: touch) to refer to a touch being called - for example, the French call for “no point” is “pas de touche” (French: lack of touch).
The phrase touché is often used in popular culture and general conversation—for example, in an argument or debate. If one person presents an argument and another delivers a clever or apt response, the first person may respond with “touché” as a way of acknowledging a good response.
The expression probably comes from the first blood duels, relatively common in the eighteenth century: during the duel touching the opponent with the tip of the sword was sufficient to win; when this would happen the loser would aknowledge the defeat yelling “touched” hence ending the fight.
En pocas palabras Touché es una manera muy propia de lo que diríamos en México “me chingaste” o decir “tu ganas” o “punto para ti”.
Es utilizado cuando hablas con alguien y tu le dices alguna opinión o agresión, y te contestan con una mejor que la tuya, entonces le dices con una pequeña sonrisa “Touchééé”
Ejemplos:
- Cambiémosle el nick a todos los del foro
- No, mejor cambiémosle el sexo
- Touchééé

- Hijo ¿Porqué estas tan feo?
- Porque el lechero no es Brat Pit ¿Papá?
- Touchééé

See, touché es una muy buena expresión… utilizarla es una placer, aunque mucha gente no tiene ni idea de que significa y para que se usa. XD
Homero de los Locos Adam’s usaba mucho esa palabra, al fin entiendo que significa.

Si, la verdad se siente muy bien usarla, y decirla con estilo se siente aún mejor :P
Yo la escuché por primera vez en la serie “Two and a half men” y después creo que en “Cold case” o en “Close to home” así que la investigué, y es un gusto compartirla, no hay de que agradecer :)
